GFRAL, Human (HEK293, Fc)
The GFRAL protein is a brainstem-restricted receptor for GDF15 that regulates food intake, energy expenditure, and body weight in response to metabolic and toxin-induced stress. GFRAL binds to its ligand GDF15, interacts with RET, and activates the MAPK and AKT signaling pathways. GFRAL Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived GFRAL protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-hFc labeled tag.
