CDK5, Human (His-SUMO)
CDK5 is a proline-directed serine/threonine protein kinase that critically regulates neuronal cell cycle, differentiation and potential apoptosis in neuronal diseases by preventing cell cycle re-entry. It interacts with numerous proteins involved in neuronal development and coordinates processes such as survival, migration, differentiation, axonal growth, synaptogenesis, and neurotransmission. CDK5 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived CDK5 protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-6*His and N-SUMO labeled tag.
