PTPRC/CD45RABC, Human (HEK293, Llama Fc)
Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (PTPRC) is a receptor type PTP and an essential positive regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. PTPRC functions through direct interaction with antigen receptor complexes, or by activating various Src family kinases required for the antigen receptor signaling. PTPRC also suppresses JAK kinases as a regulator of cytokine receptor signaling. PTPRC/CD45RABC Protein, Human (HEK293, Llama Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CD45 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-Llama Fc labeled tag.
