Beta-Catenin protein is an important component of the canonical Wnt pathway and regulates cellular processes. In the absence of Wnt, it complexes with AXIN1, AXIN2, APC, CSNK1A1, and GSK3B to promote CTNNB1 phosphorylation and degradation. beta-Catenin Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived beta-Catenin protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-His labeled tag.
