It coordinates distinct immune responses, dependent on the presence or absence of the cytoplasmic linkers SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2. CRACC/SLAMF7 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, mFc) is the recombinant mouse-derived CRACC/SLAMF7 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-mFc labeled tag.
