ZBP1 is an important innate sensor that defends against viruses by recognizing Z-RNA structures and inducing PANoptosis. It binds Z-RNA through TNF-α family members and stimulates RIPK3 and MLKL to activate necroptosis. ZBP1 Protein, Human (His, Myc) is the recombinant human-derived ZBP1 protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-10*His and C-Myc labeled tag.
