Ecretin, canine TFA is an endocrine hormone that stimulates the secretion of bicarbonate-rich pancreatic fluids. Secretin, canine TFA can regulates gastric chief cell function and paracellular permeability in canine gastric monolayers by a Src kinase-dependent pathway[1].
