Hair cell targeting‐peptide A665
Hair cell targeting-peptide A665 is a hair cell targeting-peptide that specifically binds to the prestin protein on the surface of inner ear hair cells. Hair cell targeting-peptide A665 can be modified on the surface of nanocarriers and work in synergy with cell-penetrating peptides to enhance the permeability of the cylindrical window membrane, helping loaded drugs cross the blood-labyrinth barrier and enter the inner ear[1].
