FZ1 peptide is an integrin αvβ3 agonist. FZ1 peptide binds to integrin αvβ3, effectively activates FAK, FAK-dependent AKT and ERK1/2 signaling pathways. FZ1 peptide enhances VEGFC-induced endothelial angiogenesis, accelerates diabetic skin wound healing[1].
