Pentixather
Pentixather is a radiolabeled peptide that can target CXCR4. Pentixather can disrupt the interaction between leukemic cells and the bone marrow microenvironment by targeting the CXCR4/CXCL12 signaling axis, reduce the retention of leukemic cells in the protective bone marrow niche, and thereby enhance the sensitivity of leukemic cells to treatment. Pentixather can be used for the study of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [1].
