Kisspeptin antagonist p271
Kisspeptin antagonist p271 is a Kisspeptin antagonist with cell-penetrating ability. Kisspeptin antagonist p271 can block the binding of endogenous Kisspeptin to GPR54 on pituitary somatotropes, thereby relieving the inhibition of growth hormone secretion. Kisspeptin antagonist p271 can specifically and significantly stimulate growth hormone secretion, while inhibiting luteinizing hormone without affecting prolactin or cortisol. Kisspeptin antagonist p271 can be used in the research of diseases related to insufficient growth hormone secretion[1].
