GFOGER peptide is a α2β1, α1β1 and α11β1 integrin ligand peptide. GFOGER peptide can be recognized via directly interactions of integrins with its Glu and Arg residues, particularly binding to Glu through the metal ion-dependent adhesion site (MIDAS) [1].
