DOTA-BP1 is a DOTA-modified BP1 (BCMA-targeting peptide) . DOTA-BP1 can be radiolabeled with [68Ga]Ga to produce a BCMA-targeting PET tracer. DOTA-BP1 can be used in the research of detecting BCMA in multiple myeloma[1].
