Cr-ACP1 is an anti-cancerous peptide. Cr-ACP1 binds to DNA, inducing cell cycle arrest in the G0-G1 phase, leading to the initiation of Apoptosis mechanisms. Cr-ACP1 exhibits anticancer effects against colon cancer and epidermoid carcinoma[1][2].
