Sulfated sulfakinin
Sulfated sulfakinin is a Sulfakinin receptor (SKR) activator with EC50s of 1.6 and 5.4 nM for Tribolium castaneumTc TcSKR1 and TcSKR2, respectively. SKRs are G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) that interact with sulfakinins to modulate diverse biological processes. Sulfated sulfakinin can be used for tho control of pest insects research[1].
