LDKA
LDKA is a helical membrane-active antibacterial peptide. LDKA forms an ensemble of pores of different sizes. LDKA has antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive (S. aureus) and Gram-negative (E. coli and P. aeruginosa) bacteria in a nutrient-rich medium, with MICs in the 10-70 μM range[1].
