Pelteobagrin
Pelteobagrin is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial peptide targeting Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, and fungi (MIC=2-16 μg/mL) . Pelteobagrin exerts bactericidal activity via non-competitive disruption of cell wall and cytoplasmic membrane integrity. Pelteobagrin is promising for research of infectious diseases[1].
