SoVIRIP
SoVIRIP is a virus inhibitory peptide with an IC50 of 1.2 μM for HIV-1 . soVIRIP binds to the HIV-1 GP41 fusion peptide and inhibits viral fusion and entry into host cells. soVIRIP has broad-spectrum anti-HIV-1 activities with nontoxicity in zebrafish models. soVIRIP can used for viral infections research[1].
