Corticostatin, human (TFA)
Corticostatin, human (Human Neutrophil Peptide-4) TFA is an antimicrobial peptide with demonstrated antiviral activity. Corticostatin, human TFA can kill Escherichia coli, Streptococcus faecalis, and Candida albicans. Corticostatin, human (HNP-4) TFA is more bactericidal against Gram-negative bacteria than any of HNP-1-3. Corticostatin, human TFA can be isolated from the azurophil granule fraction of discontinuous Percoll gradients[1][2][3].
