PL120131 is capable of inhibiting the PD-1-mediated apoptotic signaling pathway, protecting Jurkat cells and primary lymphocytes from apoptosis. PL120131 aids in the antitumor activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) [1].
