Myr-Tat-PKCβII is a cell permeable protein kinase C β II peptide inhibitor. Myr-Tat-PKCβII mitigates the generation of reactive oxygen species in rat ex-vivo and porcine in-vivo ischemia-reperfusion injury[1].
