CP61
CP61, a cyclic peptide, is a dual CtBP1/CtBP2 inhibitor. CP61 binds CtBP1 with 3 μM affinity. CP61 inhibits the heterodimerization and homodimerization of CtBP2 with an IC50 value of 19 μM. CP61 is promising for research of cancers[1].
