BMP-4 acetate regulates the iNOS-IFN-IL6 signaling pathway to inhibit the expression of inflammatory proteins such as iNOS, COX2, IFN, and IL6, effectively suppressing inflammation and alleviating various arthritis symptoms in murine chondrocytes and macrophages[1].
