Ac-DMQD-AMC (TFA)
Ac-DMQD-AMC TFA is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-3 or caspase-10. Similar to Ac-DEVD-AMC, it releases the AMC (7-amino-4-methylcoumarin) fluorophore, resulting in fluorescence. Ac-DMQD-AMC TFA can be used to measure caspase activity in in vitro apoptosis monitoring[1].
