Salivaricin B is a broad-spectrum bacteriocin produced by Lactobacillus salivarius M7, capable of inhibiting the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Brochothrix thermosphacta, Enterococcus faecalis, and various lactobacilli[1].
