Ardeemin
Ardeemin ((-) -Ardeemin) binds to the P-glycoprotein, preventing anticancer agent from being pumped out of cells. Ardeemin reverses the multidrug resistance phenotype of tumor cells and increases the sensitivity of tumor cells to anticancer agent in mammary carcinoma xenografts[1].
