Desacetylbufotalin (Bufogenin B; Deacetylbufotalin) is a bufadienolide found in Chinese drug "Chan'Su". Desacetylbufotalin shows strong anti-proliferative activity on the of Hela cells (IC50 = 0.01 μM) . Desacetylbufotalin can be used for the research of cancer, such as cervical cancer[1].
