Sorocein H (Sanggenon P) is a mulberry Diels–Alder‑type adduct (MDAA) . Sorocein H has inhibitory activity against tyrosinase with an IC50 of 6.49 μM. Sorocein H can reduce melanin synthesis. Sorocein H can be used in the research of pigment-related diseases[1].
