Uncarine F (Speciofiline) is a pentacyclic oxindole alkaloid found in Uncaria tomentosa. Uncaria alkaloids have wide medicinal properties, including neuroprotective, anticancer, and antihypertensive activities. Uncaria alkaloids may stimulate the immune system, relax smooth muscles, dilate blood vessels, and act as a diuretic.
