Albomycin δ2 is a siderophore-antibiotic conjugate targeting bacterial ribosomes (MIC: 0.0625 μg/mL against S. pneumoniae, 0.125 μg/mL against MRSA) . Albomycin δ2 is promising for research of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus infections[1][2].
