Phomopsin B (Compound 3), a hexapeptide, is a Microtubule depolymerizer. Phomopsin B can be isolated from the fungus Phomopsis Leptostromiformis. Phomopsin B has an antimitotic activity. Phomopsin B can be used for cancers research[1].
