Bromoflavone
Bromoflavone (CJ-19784) is a flavone that can be isolated from Aspergillus candidus. Bromoflavone shows anti-Mtb activity with an MIC90 value of 1.2 μM. Bromoflavone is also an antifungal agent. Bromoflavone inhibits the growth of pathogenic fungi, Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans and Aspergillus fumigatus with IC50 values of 0.11, 20 and 0.54 μg/mL, respectively.[1].
