4A-MPLA (ammonium) can be used as an adjuvant in vaccine. 4A-MPLA (ammonium) induces tissue-specific immune response. 4A-MPLA (ammonium) can enhance resistance against endotoxin induced effects in host and decrease cytokine production during infection[1][2].
