Magnotriol B is a cholinesterase inhibitor with IC50 values of 12.63 nM and 14.5 nM against AChE and BChE, respectively. Magnotriol B also exhibits significant NO inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 2.02 μM. Magnotriol B can be used in the research of neurodegenerative and inflammatory diseases[1][2].
