Norisocorydine ((+) -Norisocorydine) is an aporphine alkaloid with antinociceptive and radical scavenging effects. Norisocorydine shows a SC50 of 14.1 μg/mL in DPPH radical scavenging test. Norisocorydine exhibits antinociceptive ability in mice[1].
