Lactonamycin Z
Lactonamycin Z is an antitumor antibiotic. Lactonamycin Z has weak anti-Gram-positive bacterial activity. Lactonamycin Z can inhibit human tumor cells HMO2, MCF7 and Hep G2 with GI50 (μg/mL) of 1.9, 0.85 and 5.11, respectively[1].
