Hericenone J

Hericenone J (Compound 6) is an aromatic compound with anticancer activity, which is found in Hericium erinaceum. Hericenone J is cytotoxic and can significantly reduce the viability of HL-60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cells with an IC50 value of 4.13 μM. Hericenone J is promising for research of leukemia[1].
