Andrographolide-lipoic acid is an Andrographolide (HY-N0191) analogue, which is formed by the coupling of Andrographolide and Lipoic acid (HY-18733) . Andrographolide-lipoic acid inhibits NF-κB and has anti-diabetic and β-cell protective activities[1].
