Phleomycin E
Phleomycin E is a heteropeptide antibiotic. Phleomycin E has anti-Gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria and mycobacterium effects. Phleomycin E extends the survival time of mice transplanted with Ehrman's ascites cancer. Phleomycin E inhibits airy entity carcinoma in mice with an IC50 of 0.31 μg/mL[1].
