Napyradiomycin C1 is an antibiotic with anti-Gram-positive bacteria and mycobacterial activity. Napyradiomycin C1 almost none to Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. IC50 (μg/mL) of leukemia L-1210 cells is 9.2[1].
