Napyradiomycin B1 is an antibiotic with anti-Gram-positive bacteria and mycobacterial activity. Napyradiomycin B1 almost none to Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. IC50 (μg/mL) of leukemia L-1210 cells is 2.2[1].
