2-Hydroxyaclacinomycin B is an anthracycline antibiotic. 2-Hydroxyaclacinomycin B can be found in Strptomyces galilaeus A-862 (FERM BP-45) . 2-Hydroxyaclacinomycin B inhibits RNA synthesis and has anti-tumor activity[1].
