Phenazostatin A
Phenazostatin A is a phenazine Substance that has the protective effect of new neuron cells. Phenazostatin A can scavenge free radicals, protect N18-RE 105 nerve cells from glutamate toxicity, and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Phenazostatin A inhibits glutamate toxicity in N18-RE-105 cells with an EC50 of 0.34 μg/mL[1].
