Parimycin has activity against Gram-positive bacteria, negative bacteria and tumors, and no effect on fungal. Parimycin can inhibit tumor cells including GXF 251L, H640, LXFA 629L, MCF-7, MEXF 514L with IC70s of 0.9-6.7 μg/mL[1].
