Fleephilone is a fungal metabolite that can be isolated from Trichoderma harzianum. Fleephilone is a HIV REV/RRE binding inhibitor. Fleephilone inhibits the binding of REV-protein to RRE RNA with an IC50 of 7.6 μM[1].
