Chrolactomycin
Chrolactomycin is found in the strain of Streptomyces sp. 569N-3. The IC50 of Chrolactomycin for ACHN, A431, McF-7 and T24 cells are 1.2 μM, 1.6 μM, 0.69 μM and 0.45 μM, respectively. Chrolactomycin has only anti-Gram-positive bacteria activity with the MIC of 5.2-10.4 μg/mL[1].
