Bacithrocin D (Thiolstatin D) inhibits multiple proteases and can prolong the clotting time. Bacithrocin D has IC50 values of 124, 9, 0.85, and 0.01 μM for thrombin, factor Xa, trypsin, and papain, respectively[1].
