Seitomycin is an anthraquinone antibiotic. Seitomycin has moderate activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis, Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and green Streptomyces chlorophyllus[1].
