Alldimycin A
Alldimycin A is an anthracycline compound that inhibits RNA and DNA syntheses. Alldimycin A inhibits the growth, DNA and RNA synthesis of murine leukemic L1210, with IC50 values of 0.05 μg/mL, 0.92 μg/mL, and 0.47 μg/mL, respectively[1].
