Ignavine is a conformational modulator of μ-opioid receptors (IC50 = 2.0 μM) . Ignavine exhibits a concentration dependent bidirectional regulatory effect in vitro. Ignavine has analgesic activity. Ignavine can be used for research on pain related conditions[1].
